The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the softest bed I've ever slept on. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the popular attractions, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a more affordable price for the option.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Situation super.
The gentleman at the reception could increase in friendliness still a little bit;-)

Room large and well equipped. For downtown location quiet. Bathroom well equipped and spacious. Easily accessible from the city centre and railway station.

The room was very spacious and had a great view of the street. I loved the ironing hanger, which is a rare find in hotels. The bathroom was also large and had a luxurious bathtub. The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was within walking distance of popular bars that I frequented later in the evening. The staff was friendly and allowed me to leave my luggage with them after check-out so I could continue exploring the city without any hassle.
The beds in the room were quite old and uncomfortable. The shower drain was slow, which affected the shower experience.

The room is very big, the location is perfect, no problem to find a parking place on weekends.
I'm sure the carpet is getting on a bit.

Perfect location & great service
Spent my New Year's in this cozy hotel in the heart of the city. I loved the key location, it was just a few steps away from the busy streets where you can enjoy the festivities but still located on a quiet side street - a perfect combo. The room was also kept very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, provided great service and made me feel at home. the hotel also had an extensive continental breakfast that kept me energized all day.
The only downside of this hotel was the lighting in the bathroom; it was too dim, making it hard to see myself in the mirror clearly.

It was a decent hotel for a city trip, situated within walking distance of the main sights and museums. the staff was pleasant, and it had a nice garden view from the higher floor. the newly-styled bathroom was clean and comfortable to use.
The room was noisy at night due to traffic on the street. It was also too hot inside with no proper cooling system.

The room was nice and comfort. Breakfast was good but too expensive (I would expect it free as part of the deal). Need to ask the church bell not to ring during rest hour... :)

Great Location and Atmosphere
The hotel is perfectly situated in Munich's Old Town district, just a short walk away from both Marienplatz Square and Karlsplatz/Stachus shopping area. The vibrant atmosphere of the area truly brings the city to life.

Convenient location, reasonably quiet, huge rooms, plenty of space to relax. Staff were very helpful.
The hotel is fairly pricey, and it would be nice to have internet access included in rate.
